Working for Coldwell Banker Realty is like going to work with your family and friends. The leadership and support from our various departments are truly amazing! It all starts from the top with Tracie our Branch Vice President and Miranda our Office Administrator. Tracie is very respected having worked here for over 25 years, she is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and always has your back. Miranda is also very kind, helpful and is great at assisting us with the many tools CB offers their agents. Many of the agents that I work with have become friends, I feel very blessed to work with such an amazing team! Not forgetting to mention our great affiliates with Burnet Title and Guaranteed Rate Affinity, they also make themselves available to us almost 24/7 which is a huge assist!

When I secured my license to sell real estate 7+ years ago, I vetted a handful of brokers looking for a company that would provide me with exceptional options and services to offer to my clients, coupled with cutting-edge technological support and in-depth industry training to ensure smooth transactions. Coldwell fit the bill, and I've proudly been here ever since. This is an amazing office full of amazing agents!

During my morning coffee, I came across this video. I had to watch it! LOVE Band of Brothers. It's addicting! While watching, I immediately thought of a "Captain Winter" in my life and got the nudge I should share my thoughts.
I am in a coaching class for my business. Every Monday from 10-Noon for seven weeks. Ugh. I have to admit I don't fly out of bed on Monday mornings eager and excited to attend class. Sometimes (most of the time) the things we DON'T want to do, are the things we SHOULD do. Right?
In this class there are specific tasks we are required to do each week, which also includes a short 5 minute call with our Branch Vice President to make sure we stay on task and ask any questions. I had my call yesterday. I had to admit my daily exercise task has been non-existent. No excuses. Just lazy and my "shiny object" syndrome that many of us are blessed with. Tracie is so easy to talk to. She's one of those leaders you just want to pour out your gutts to; and I have (partially).
I remember back in the Navy one of the great leaders/mentors I was privileged to serve with was Chief Delwood Sindab. Sweet, kind, but fierce. I knew dang well that if push came to shove Chief would have my back. He always did. My only regret is that when my enlistment had ended and I just wanted to go home, I never thanked him. I don't think I even said good-bye. I've tried finding him through social media. Nothing. He's gotta be in his 80s now.
Tracie is my new Chief Sindab. A Captain Winter so-to-speak.
When my kids were growing up, one of things I taught them is to be a great leader. If being a leader isn't in the cards, to follow great leaders that know more then you and ask lots of questions. Great leaders love to teach. Great leaders don't have all the answers. Great leaders are not afraid to say, "I don't know." Great leaders are courageous, but humble. They are part of the team. They don't boast about their position. They succeed, because they help YOU succeed. They are "one of the guys."
Do you have a great leader in your life? Someone you can talk to openly? Without judgment? Someone you can trust? Someone that gives of their time to help guide you? If you do, be sure and thank him/her. Great leaders need to be thanked. They need to know they are on track and making a difference.
So this morning, as part of my daily gratitude, I give thanks to Tracie Bebeau. A great leader in my life. There are many agents in our office (close to 50 I think) and she gives of her time to ALL of us. I know it's her job, but she's SO GOOD AT IT! It's gotta be exhausting!
Thanks Trac'! You're the bees knees. Cream of the crop. Icing on the cake and all the rest. We are all truly blessed to have you as our leader. You are EXACTLY where you need to be. Nice work!

Tracie and Miranda are the BOMB!! I would not still be working for Coldwell Banker Realty without them. They have helped me through some unpleasant files and made it all better.
Coldwell Banker is lucky to have them.
